Customer support is available every day of the year, including holidays, via email to support@bayweb.com. Be sure to include your product serial number in your message, we can not help you without it.

We typically respond to support emails within 60 minutes between 8 AM and midnight, Eastern time. Support requests received after midnight are handled the following morning.

Product Updates

BAYweb devices utilize a Cloud Computing architecture. Most of the functionality is resident on our servers. This allows us to continuously improve our products with enhancements and updates, minimizing the need to update the device itself.

Should you ever need to update your BAYweb device, we will ship you a replacement at no charge, other than for the cost of shipping. Once you replace your device, just return the old one in the same box using the prepaid shipping label.

Warranty Information

All BAYweb devices are warranted for five years. If your device has a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a replacement for the cost of shipping. We may, or may not, request return of the defective device.

If you happen to damage your device, which is not covered under warranty, contact support and let us know what you did to damage it. We will make you a great deal on a replacement.
